Defamation Law is a developing and new field of practice in Kenya. It finds itself in the group of general Media and Entertainment Law. 

The Head Partner has had a greater experience in this field of practice having successfully represented the Standard Group Limited, Absa Bank PLC (formerly Barclays PLC) and many individual clients in litigation relating to libel and slander.

We continue to work together with leading companies, individuals and various stakeholders in the entertainment industries through workshops, seminars and conferences whose aim is to actively promote awareness in Defamation Law.
