We handle a substantial amount of land and property transactions which is a rapidly growing area of practice in Kenya and internationally. We are involved in real estate work which amongst other things, includes property sales, mortgage lending, relocation, purchases, transfers and leases for both corporate and individual clients.

The Firm under the leadership of the Head Partner has, as a result, invested on this area of practice, having done a number of projects such as Jacaranda Gardens Apartments on Kamiti Road and  Apple Tree Apartments in Syokimau off Mombasa Road.
